What makes me qualified too offer you help with your Pilates practice and business? I have been involved in the Pilates and fitness industry since 1979, during that time I have taught just about every kind of Pilates and fitness workout. My book, Pilates & Golf was published in 2005 and has sold throughout Europe and the US. My years of experience both as a business owner, student, teacher and teacher trainer have given me a broad and varied attitude to the fitness industry.

The practical experience of teaching group Pilates classes and Pilates personal training sessions together with the Pilates Consultant business expertise learned along the way. There is almost no element of teaching Pilates and developing a Pilates business from scratch that I cannot help you with.

As one of the founding directors of the Pilates Institute UK, together with Michael King and Malcolm Muirhead, I have been at the forefront of Pilates education innovation and development. I have trained many students in all aspects of the Pilates technique worldwide and presented Pilates workouts and lectures at international mind and body conventions. Since leaving the Pilates Institute UK and re-locating to France I want to offer as many people as possible the opportunity to save time and benefit from the years I have spent learning things the hard way.
