My Personal Consulting and Coaching Group is a special member’s group I have put together to provide, guidance, motivation and support to people who want to build a successful Pilates business, or for those with an established business who want to know how to make the most of it to cement their future.

Here’s what I am offering

Since I moved to France from the UK, I have been receiving emails from students I have taught and some I haven’t who want advice and guidance on topics ranging from what to do for further education and business plans to dealing with difficult clients, as well as advice on how to get a life as they are so busy with clients and Pilates group teaching.

I have been covering various topics in the monthly Newsletter but the gap remains, many of you want specific questions answered relating to your individual situations.

I want to offer that personal assistance with Pilates Coaching, but not on a “you can only call me on a Thursday once a month between 9 am and 10 am” basis. I understand that often you might just want a quick call to ask for very specific information.

Pay As You Go?

Rather than offer a set monthly member fee for a set amount of time and set calls I am offering a more flexible system that allows you to get the information you need when you need it, not have to wait for a scheduled date and time just once a month and then the clock stops after 30 minutes whether you have finished or not.

Members will pay a minimum of €240 (£165) into an account, you can of course pay more if that is your choice.

Each hour of telephone Pilates consulting will cost €60 (£49). However you will only pay for the time you are on the call. When we are on the call we will agree to start the clock and if you only need 15 minutes then the equivalent fee will be deducted from your account. At the end of each call we will confirm the time used and the fee to be deducted.

When the balance in your Pilates Coaching account reaches €60 (£49) you will add funds.

No Obligation

There is no obligation and no time limit; it will be up to me to provide you with the service and results you want or you can stop at any time.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get personal advice and guidance when and how you need it on any area of your business. Of course you will book your call times in advance so that I will be prepared for your questions.

How The System Works

To prepare for the sessions I will need you to send me:

A summary of your current situation
Copies of any promotional literature you use
Details of your website if you have one
What your biggest concerns are in order of priority
What you want to gain from the membership

When I have studied your information, I will let you know how I see the road ahead and send you a Call Schedule detailing the order as outlined in your priority listing. We will book the first Pilates coaching call and the rest will be a natural progression. The regularity of the calls will be dependent on your needs and the time necessary to implement any action plan within your Pilates business.

The calls will be by Skype, if you don’t have this software on your computer you can download it for free at www.skype.com and if you have a camera on your computer we will be able to see each other too. Don’t worry that can be optional!

If you prefer a landline call we can arrange that. However, the Skype to Skype calls will be free of any charge, so that would make economical sense.

Along with the call I will send a confirmation email of the issues covered in the call and your Action Plan.

Change Happens

Should your Pilates business concerns change for whatever reason, then of course you will supply me with any new information and a change of priority. This system is for your benefit and business needs.

Booking The Calls

All calls will need to be scheduled by an e mail call by call. The topic we will discuss will have been agreed on the Pilates Consulting Call Schedule. Of course in the case of an emergency, should you see me online then by all means use the Skype messaging system to check availability for a call.

My objective when I set up this system was to offer an affordable, flexible Pilates Consulting service to existing and new clients who want to benefit from my experience in the Fitness and Pilates industry.

With almost 30 years working as a teacher and teacher trainer in both areas I can offer you a wide spectrum of expertise rest assured if I don’t have the information I will certainly know where to get it.

I guarantee that I will give you my full and honest attention always. If at any time you feel that the advice and guidance I offer you has no value, you can stop payment and I will refund your fees 100%. No arguments.
