Pilates Retreats And Mind & Body Events
Throughout the year you will have the opportunity to visit me here in beautiful St Tropez and the surrounding district to experience Pilates holidays either at a Secret St Tropez Pilates Retreat, or a Pilates Workshop for teachers and teachers in training or our Annual Mind & Body Convention hosted by Eva Winskill and Fitstudio.
We are very lucky to have a spectacular venue from which to run our workshops and retreats. Le Loft, at Ramatuelle is a perfect venue, built in the style of a Californian loft by architect design in 1992. Le Loft is situated at the foot of the village called Ramatuelle. the village is very picturesque with a weekly market and a variety of original shops and restaurants.
