WHY PILATES?

Joseph H. Pilates developed his system of exercises in the 1920s – an Austrian German who was fascinated with health and wellbeing. Since its inception the technique has spread worldwide. Based on controlled, precise and flowing movements. When you regularly take class you will benefit from:

I’ve been teaching Fitness and Pilates to enthusiasts as well as training Pilates teachers worldwide since 1979.

Because of my experience in all aspects of fitness from Aerobics to Weight training helping all types of people with all levels of skill I understand what it takes to help you reach your best potential.

Whether you’re new to fitness and or Pilates or a seasoned exerciser or sports person I can give you the programme you need to develop your skills.
